Before you order
Will they stick to my siding?
Vinyl siding, painted drywall, glass, sealed wood and metal all hold. Rough brick and stucco are the two that defeat the adhesive — every pack ships with four outdoor hooks for those.
Do they need a power outlet?
No. Two AAA cells per bat, already installed, plus the remote in the box. Around 120 hours at full brightness and considerably longer on the fade and timer modes.
Are they safe outside in the rain?
Yes — IP44 covers rain, wind and cold. They are not rated for submersion, so bring them in if the porch floods.
How many do I need?
12 for a door surround or one window, 24 for a garage wall or a full porch face, 36 for the whole front of the house. The sizing table above has the detail.
When will it arrive?
Orders before 2pm ET leave the same business day. US delivery runs 3–6 business days with tracking on every parcel.
What is the returns policy?
30 days, used or not. If a unit arrives dead we ship a replacement the day you tell us and you keep the original.
